Starwood House Plan

The Starwood floor plan is a beautiful design. An elegant colonnade announces the entry of the Starwood Mediterranean plan. The Starwood plan sets the tone for an interior that creates a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Once inside the foyer of the Starwood, there are large columns that enter into the formal living room and dining room. The double sided fireplace is shared by the living room and adjacent study. Varied ceiling treatments and classic columns define the formal rooms, which bring in plenty of natural light through walls of glass.

The entire right wing of the Starwood contains the master suite which is entered through private double doors. The large master bathroom has double sinks and vanities. There is a luxurious whirlpool soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. The water closet contains the toilet and bidet. His and Hers spacious walk-in closets have ample storage space. A private master garden completes this lovely master suite.

Heading toward the other wing of the house is a guest suite and private bath with walk-in shower and walk-in closet. A powder room can also be used as a pool bath which leads out to the rear verandah and pool area. The kitchen is spacious with a large center island, lots of counter space, and a roomy walk-in pantry. A spacious leisure room highlights the casual living zone, anchored by an angled entertainment center. A kitchen nook looks out to the veranda.

Retreating walls extend the leisure room to the veranda, where an outdoor kitchen serves alfresco meals. There is another private guest suite with full bath and walk-in closet on this wing of the house. The garage swings from the outside to a three bay and three large windows give ample lighting to the garage. The Starwood has a total of 3877 square feet of living area, and has three bedrooms and three and 1/2 bathrooms. The plan is offered with a slab/stem wall foundation.
