Lindley House Plan

A barrel tile roof, graceful arches, rope columns and stone accents impart a distinctively Mediterranean flavor to the exterior of the Lindley plan. Dramatic stepped ceilings are introduced in the foyer and are repeated in the living room. Stepped ceilings are also showcased throughout the master suite and kitchen of the Lindley.

In the leisure room, arched wall niches provide built-in space for an entertainment center. There is also plenty of display space in the leisure room. A pyramid ceiling with wood beams and a fireplace setting outside on the lanai add a warmth that is reminiscent of a rustic lodge. Emphasizing openness, this Lindley design provides subtle definition between the formal and common living areas of the home. This melds together indoor and outdoor areas, extending views and erasing boundaries.

Past the foyer, the formal living room enjoys expansive views through to the backyard. Rope columns lend a touch of formality to the more casual areas of the Lindley plan. This adds architectural interest to spaces that define the perimeters between the leisure room, kitchen and nook.

A split-floor plan ensures privacy for the homeowners and guests alike. The entire right wing of the Lindley home is dedicated to the master retreat. It features a private garden, spa-like bath, sitting room and access to the lanai. The master bath has a separate dressing area and make up area. There are two separate walk in closets and vanities with sinks. There is a large walk in shower and a round soaking tub.

On the opposite wing of the Lindley home, French doors open onto a private courtyard, which is accessed by one of two guest bedrooms. Each bedroom has it's own bath. It has ample space with 6011 square feet of living area and has four bedrooms and four full bathrooms and a powder bath. The foundation is a slab/stem wall.
