Our St. Andrews house plan evokes a Mediterranean and Tuscan feeling. The exterior of the home is a beautiful blend of polished and rustic. The conveniently located garages are made more beautiful with creeping bougainvillea. The front balcony with wood columns adds a romantic flair.

Inside the St. Andrews is a clean and modern floor plan. However, Tuscan beamed ceilings can be seen in the great room, kitchen, dining and master suite. The first floor features one guest suite, a den/study, the utility room and a half bath. A wet bar is conveniently located in the hall, perfect for a wine cooler. It also houses the luxurious master suite, complete with his and her closets and vanities, a walk in shower and a soaking tub. The great room, kitchen, dining, and master bedroom all offer rear views. The home’s veranda is accessed via sliding glass doors and it features an outdoor kitchen.
